Currently we offer Australian-wide shipping. We ship every business day from our warehouse in Notting Hill, VIC 3168. 

After you have submitted and paid for you order, we will contact you via email to confirm available shipping options and fees that is most suitable to you. Once you have paid for the shipping, our staff will dispatch your item within 2-3 business days.

Customers are also encouraged to arrange your own couriers and shipment options. Kindly email/call our staff for parcel dimensions.

If you are unsure about the shipping fees, please do not hesitate to email our staff before submitting your order. We are always happy to provide you an estimated shipping quote.

If you have an urgent deadline and are unsure of which service to choose, please contact our staff in advance via phone and/or email for assistance.

For customers outside of VIC, please place your order in advance as we cannot guarantee for the transit time. We will not be responsible for any consequences caused by shipment delays.

LOCAL PICKUP:
Use this option if you wish to pickup your order or send your own courier.

In-store pickup is available between 10:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday. We will notify you via email and/or SMS once your order is ready.

If you wish to pick up on the same day please call our office for confirmation.

If you are using this option to send your own courier please also call our office inadvance to arrange any paperwork after placing the order.
